I think it should be publicly stated that the ND CC license ("ND" means "No Derivatives"; whichever version of the license; 3.0 here) should not be called a "Creative" license; perhaps a "Commons" license, as something a person may distribute, but that's all. This especially since someone badges their work with a CC and gets brownie points, but it's not a CC.
